Quality Analyst Intern

Job Title : Quality Analyst Intern Location: Bangalore Company: Eastencher Software Pvt Ltd *Job Summary* We are looking for a QA Intern to support testing activities and ensure the quality of our applications. The intern will assist in manual testing, basic automation, and performance testing tasks while working closely with developers and team members. *Key Responsibilities* *Functional Testing* * Understand basic business and application requirements. * Create simple test cases and test data. * Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications. * Assist in system and regression testing. * Identify and report bugs using tracking tools. * Work with the team to verify fixes. *Automation Testing (Selenium)* * Assist in creating automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. * Support in maintaining automation test cases. * Help run automated tests for regression testing. * Assist in reviewing test results and identifying issues. *Performance Testing* * Support in executing basic performance and load tests. * Assist in using tools like JMeter (or similar). * Help identify performance issues and report findings. *Required Skills* * Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts (STLC). * Knowledge of manual testing for web applications. * Basic knowledge of Selenium WebDriver. * Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman. * Basic understanding of SQL. * Willingness to learn bug tracking tools (Jira/Azure DevOps). * Eagerness to work in Agile/Scrum environments. *Good to Have* * Basic knowledge of automation or programming (Java/C#). * Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter. * Understanding of APIs or microservices. * Interest in CI/CD or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
