Terms of Service
By accessing or using InternHunt ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1 Overview
InternHunt is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by Mikhail Krestin, trading as Internhunt, a sole proprietorship (Eenmanszaak) registered in The Netherlands. The Platform aggregates publicly available internship listings and provides educational tools to assist university students in their career search.
InternHunt is not an employment agency, recruitment firm, or staffing service. We do not enter into any employer-employee relationship with our users.
2 Eligibility
To use InternHunt, you must be at least 16 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement under Dutch law. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3 Limitation of Liability
Important: The Platform and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
InternHunt provides aggregated public data and educational tools only. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Job placement or securing any internship position
- Interview success or outcomes from using our materials
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing data displayed on the Platform
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Dutch and EU law, InternHunt and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. However, nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Automated scraping — Using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract data from the Platform
- Botting — Employing automated scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner
- Credential sharing — Sharing, reselling, or distributing your premium account credentials with or to any third party
- Reverse engineering — Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Platform's software or algorithms
- Abuse — Using the Platform to harass, spam, or harm other users or third parties
Violation of these terms may result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
5 Intellectual Property
All proprietary elements of InternHunt — including but not limited to algorithms, scoring systems, user interface designs, branding, logos, and proprietary guides — are the exclusive intellectual property of Internhunt (Mikhail Krestin).
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from the owner.
6 Billing & Payments
All payments, subscriptions, and billing for InternHunt are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions
- You are subject to Dodo Payments' checkout terms and conditions during the payment process
- InternHunt does not directly handle, process, or store any credit card or financial payment data
- Subscription charges will recur at the selected interval until cancelled by you
7 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at michaelFQ@proton.me. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
8 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of The Netherlands.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how InternHunt collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and applicable Dutch data protection law.

2 Data We Collect
We collect the following personal data when you register and use the Platform:
- Name — As provided during account registration (e.g. via Google OAuth)
- Email address — Used as your primary account identifier and for transactional communications
- IP address — Logged automatically for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting
3 Data We Do NOT Collect
InternHunt NEVER collects or stores credit card numbers, payment card details, or any financial payment information. All payment processing and financial data handling is managed exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
4 Legal Basis for Processing
Under GDPR Article 6, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — Processing is necessary to provide you access to the SaaS Platform and fulfil subscriptions
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — We perform analytics to improve the Platform's functionality and user experience
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — Where applicable, for optional communications such as product updates
5 Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and personalise your access to the InternHunt platform
- To perform internal analytics and improve platform features and performance
- To send system notifications and transactional emails (e.g. subscription confirmations, account updates)
- To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorised access
6 Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary data with the following third-party service providers, solely for the purposes stated:
- Cloud hosting provider — To host and deliver the Platform's infrastructure and store your account data securely
- Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record) — Acts as an independent Data Controller for processing transactions, managing subscriptions, and handling all financial and tax data.
International Data Transfers: Where data is transferred to service providers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as cloud hosts or payment processors in the US, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Other third-party processors acting as data processors on our behalf are contractually bound to handle your data in compliance with the GDPR and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes beyond the services they provide to us.
7 Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. When you request account deletion, we will erase all personal data associated with your account within 30 days, unless retention is legally required (e.g. for tax or accounting obligations).
8 Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject within the European Union, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Right of access (Art. 15) — Obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) — Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten") (Art. 17) — Request the deletion of your personal data and account
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18) — Request that we limit the processing of your data
- Right to data portability (Art. 20) — Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format
- Right to object (Art. 21) — Object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us at michaelFQ@proton.me. We will respond to your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.
9 Cookies & Tracking
InternHunt uses only strictly necessary cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or share cookie data with external ad networks.
10 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
Refund Policy & Legal Notice
Our refund policy for digital subscriptions and the legally required Impressum for this business.
1 Refund Policy
InternHunt is a digital SaaS product that grants immediate access to premium features and data upon subscription activation.
All sales are final. No refunds are provided.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Access to premium features and data is granted immediately upon successful payment
- No refunds will be provided for partial months, unused time, or any remaining period of an active subscription
- No refunds will be issued if you choose not to use the Platform after subscribing
- In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, by purchasing a digital subscription with immediate access, you expressly consent to the performance of the contract beginning immediately and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m)
Statutory Rights: This "no refund" policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable EU consumer law, such as the right to a remedy (including a proportionate price reduction or termination) if the digital service is defective, not supplied, or not in conformity with the contract.
2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal provided by Dodo Payments. Upon cancellation:
- Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
- You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the current billing cycle
Tip: If you wish to stop being charged, cancel your subscription before the next billing date. You will continue to enjoy premium access for the remainder of your already-paid period.
3 Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of verified billing errors or duplicate charges caused by a technical malfunction, please contact us at michaelFQ@proton.me with your transaction details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, work with Dodo Payments to resolve the issue.
