**Role Overview**
TinySlash is hiring Software Engineering Interns for a 6-month remote internship. This role is intended for candidates interested in software development and who are seeking structured, hands-on experience contributing to a live web application.
This posting is for one internship role with responsibilities across frontend and backend development.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in developing and maintaining web application features
* Work on frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Support backend development tasks such as API integration and data handling
* Write clean, readable, and testable code
* Fix bugs and assist in performance improvements
* Collaborate with team members through code reviews and discussions
**Required Qualifications**
* Basic knowledge of programming using Java or JavaScript
* Understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, HTTP, APIs)
* Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL is acceptable)
* Experience using Git or any version control system
* Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively
**Eligibility**
* Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
* Candidates who are legally eligible to work as interns from their location
