Role Description
IT Quality Assurance (QA) interns develops and executes test plans and scripts to ensure software and systems meet quality standards, functionality, and user requirements. Key responsibilities include designing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with development teams for bug resolution, performing regression testing, and providing feedback to improve the development process throughout the software lifecycle.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools, understanding of various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, integration), and familiarity with bug tracking systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects and analyze test results effectively.
* Meticulous attention to detail to catch subtle defects and ensure thorough testing.
