Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry. **Key Roles and Responsibilities*** Identify, recommend and implement technology solutions (e.g., BIM, CAD, IoT devices, drones, construction management software). * Integrate digital tools into existing build environment workflows and ensure compatibility with project requirements. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for integrated technologies. * Provide/Facilitate training and support for field and office staff when introducing the new technology/system. * Work with vendors to test and deploy hardware and software solutions on project sites. * Ensure all technology solutions comply with industry regulations and data security protocols. * Monitor performance and optimize technology use across multiple projects. * Support the use of real-time data collection and analysis tools to enhance project decision-making.
