The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring quality code delivery, and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement of existing systems. **Detailed Responsibilities** * Drive the exploration and implementation of AI/ML initiatives within the ProCTTH Software. * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to review and validate code implementations. * Independently test and verify vendor-delivered code for functionality, performance, and quality. * Act as a technical point of contact for software coordination across multiple technologies. * Conduct code reviews and audits to identify bugs, inefficiencies, and security risks. * Design and maintain test cases and scenarios for consistent product quality. * Ensure development using scalable, secure, and modern technologies. * Analyze system data and suggest innovative solutions to derive business value. * Work with Git/GitHub for version control and repository management. * Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. * Support development of new features, enhancements, and prototypes. * Maintain technical documentation for code, workflows, and architecture. * Follow SDLC processes including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. * Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, developers, and product teams. **Key Result Areas (KRAs)** * Code Quality \& Testing * AI/ML Implementation * Development Support System Optimization * Documentation * Collaboration **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Reduction in bugs, successful test case execution rate * Number of successful integrations/use cases delivered * Timely completion of assigned tasks and features * Improvement in application performance metrics * Completeness and accuracy of technical documentation * Feedback from internal teams and stakeholders **Functional Competencies** * Knowledge of programming languages: Java, Python, .NET * Understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL * Basic knowledge of cloud storage (AWS S3 / Firebase) * Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) * Version control using Git/GitHub * Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (preferred) **Behavioural Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset * Effective communication and teamwork * Ability to work independently and take ownership * Learning agility and adaptability **Educational Qualification** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or currently pursuing) **Experience** * 0–1 year (Freshers or students eligible) * Internship/project experience in software development preferred **Professional Growth \& Career Advancement** * Opportunity to work on real-time AI/ML projects * Exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle * Hands-on experience with modern technologies and tools * Potential full-time employment based on performance Pay: ₹12,000\.00 - ₹15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
