Multimedia Artist Intern

The OOTB Multimedia Artist Intern shall be responsible for designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. The designs you'll create must be of eye-catching visuals and will need to be creative, flexible, and able to work well with others. Must be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Conceptualize designs and visual-based on requirements * Able to prepare rough drafts and present ideas * Develop illustrations, and other designs using Photoshop or other applications necessary * Able to present design ideas, and concepts to mentors * Work with copywriters and multimedia artists to produce a final design * Incorporate changes recommended by mentors or clients into final designs * Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand * Must have in-depth knowledge of Adobe applications or any similar applications **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** * Taking a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Fine Arts, Graphic Designing, Multimedia Arts, and the likes * Proven graphic designing experience or at least a solid experience in the said field * Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Adobe Collections) * Must have strong communication skills * Excellent organizational and negotiation skills * Tech-savvy: and willing to learn new platforms and systems * Collaborative and has initiative **HYBRID SETUP REQUIREMENT** * Must have a personal desktop of a laptop, at least i3, 5th gen, at least 4GB RAM * Must have a good and stable internet speed with at least 15mbps Job Type: OJT (On the job training) Contract length: 3 months Pay: From Php1,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company events * Opportunities for promotion * Paid training * Promotion to permanent employee Location: * Manila (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
