**Role Overview**
We are seeking a talented **MERN Stack Developer** with 1–2 years of experience to join our tech team. You will build scalable, high-performance web applications, integrate robust APIs, and contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js**.
* Design, implement, and document **RESTful APIs** and backend services.
* Build reusable UI components and manage application state using **Redux**.
* Work with both **NoSQL (MongoDB)** and **SQL databases** for data storage and querying.
* Use **Git** for version control and collaborative development workflows.
* Configure and maintain **Nginx** for application serving, reverse proxying, and performance optimization.
* Containerize applications and manage environments using **Docker**.
* Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
* Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
* **1–2 years of hands-on experience** in MERN stack development.
* Proficiency with:
* **MongoDB**
* **Express.js**
* **React.js**
* **Node.js**
* **Redux**
* **REST APIs**
* **SQL databases** (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)
* **Git** version control
* **Nginx**
* **Docker**
* Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and JavaScript fundamentals.
* Experience with API design, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), and web security practices.
* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
