Join us at Ampere and work alongside a passionate and growing team - we’d love to have you apply! **About the role:** As a member of the Ampere Firmware Team, you’ll work on the automation pipeline that drives world class firmware development. **What you’ll achieve:** * In this role, you will contribute to Python tooling that handles bare-metal system management, infrastructure, observability, and data analytics. * Contribute features to DevOps infrastructure that supports firmware development for a world-class data center product line. * Architect scalable solutions to a wide range of infrastructure and data management problems using cloud services, various APIs, and best practices. **About you:** * Fundamental understanding of computer architecture and operating systems * Hands-on coding capabilities in common languages such as C/C\+\+, Python, and Java * Familiarity with JIRA or other issue management tools and familiarity with git * Experience with Windows and Linux from the command line * Good communications skills, both verbal and written * Familiarity of systems engineering best practices and the software development life cycle **Education:** * Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. **What we’ll offer:** At Ampere we believe in taking care of our interns and providing a competitive rewards package that includes an hourly rate and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is between $39 and $43 per hour.
