Artificial Intelligence Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative **Artificial Intelligence Course Creation Intern** to join our content development team. This hands-on role will be integral to building our new online course by leveraging a suite of cutting-edge Generative AI tools, including **ChatGPT, Gamma, Heygen, and Elevenlabs**. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with a passion for educational technology and a strong understanding of prompt engineering and content optimization. Key Responsibilities The intern will be responsible for the execution and optimization of the course creation pipeline using Generative AI tools: 1\. Content Generation \& Scripting (ChatGPT / Large Language Models) * **Prompt Engineering:** Design, test, and refine advanced prompts in ChatGPT to generate high-quality course outlines, video scripts, lesson summaries, and quiz questions. * **Content Curation:** Review, fact-check, and edit AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with defined learning objectives and brand voice. * **Instructional Design Support:** Collaborate with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to structure lessons and modules for maximum learner engagement and retention. 2\. Multimedia Production (Gamma, Heygen, Elevenlabs) * **Presentation Design (Gamma):** Use AI presentation tools like Gamma to rapidly transform generated content and outlines into visually engaging slide decks and learning materials. * **AI Video Production (Heygen):** Utilize Heygen to create professional video lessons using AI avatars and text-to-video capabilities, optimizing scripts for natural voice and visual flow. * **Voice and Audio Production (Elevenlabs):** Generate and refine high-quality voiceovers and narration using Elevenlabs, focusing on clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant audio for course materials. 3\. Workflow Optimization \& Testing * **Tool Integration:** Explore and implement effective ways to integrate the outputs of all four tools (**ChatGPT \\ Gamma \\ Elevenlabs\\ Heygen**) into a seamless content production workflow. * **Quality Assurance:** Conduct rigorous testing of all generated content (text, video, audio) to identify and correct any AI-related artifacts, inaccuracies, or style inconsistencies. * **Documentation:** Maintain clear and detailed documentation of prompt libraries, successful workflows, and best practices for future course development. Required Qualifications \& Skills * Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Education, Communication, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. * **Hands-on experience** with one or more major Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.). * **Prompt Engineering skills:** Ability to write clear, iterative, and effective prompts to achieve specific, high-quality content outputs. * Good written and verbal communication skills; a sharp eye for detail in editing and proofreading. * A passion for the EdTech space and creating engaging learning experiences. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Preferred (Bonus) Skills * Experience in graphic design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere). * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Teachable, or Kajabi. * Basic understanding of **Instructional Design principles**.
