Testing Internship

**Job Title: Testing Intern** **Job Summary:** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Testing Intern to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. As a Testing Intern, you will work closely with experienced testers and developers to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. This internship provides hands-on experience in software testing, exposure to the software development life cycle (SDLC), and an opportunity to learn QA best practices in a real-world environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and understand project requirements and functional specifications. * Write test cases * Design and execute test cases based on given scenarios and requirements. * Perform various types of testing — functional, regression, integration, and usability. * Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly and accurately. * Collaborate with developers and QA team members to reproduce and verify defects. * Assist in test planning, test documentation, and maintaining test reports. * Participate in daily stand-ups or review meetings to discuss testing progress. * Support the QA team in maintaining testing environments and data. * Learn and use bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestLink). * Contribute ideas to improve product quality and testing efficiency. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC. * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Familiarity with basic SQL queries or API testing tools (Postman) is a plus. * Knowledge in automation testing will be an added advantage **Internship Details:** * Duration: 3 months] * Location: On-site * Stipend: Rs 5000/month * Perks: Health Insurance * Internship Certificate: Provided upon successful completion Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹5,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance Work Location: In person
