Bei uns arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Agilität und Sicherheit: Du profitierst von den schnellen Entscheidungswegen, genießt echte Gestaltungsspielräume in deinen Projekten und baust dabei auf das stabile Fundament der Schwarz Gruppe. **Your tasks** * You support experienced Data Scientists in the development, training and evaluation of machine learning models, in particular ranking algorithms in the context of search engines. * You conduct exploratory data analyses for drift monitoring. * You take responsibility for specific sub-tasks, such as feature engineering. * You work closely with a cross-functional team of data scientists, data engineers and software developers and learn how data science works at scale in the real world of business. * You gain hands-on experience with our modern cloud stack (Databricks, Google Cloud) and we will support you in mastering these tools. **Your profile** * You are currently studying AI, Data Science, Computer Science or a quantitative subject such as Economics/Mathematics with a focus on data. * You have already gained initial experience with data science projects (e.g. through internships, university projects or a thesis). Knowledge of search engines / NLP is a plus. * You have a basic understanding of ML methods. * You are passionate about solving complex problems, have basic Python skills and are highly motivated to learn new technologies in a dynamic environment. * As we are an international team, you communicate confidently in English. Knowledge of German is a nice extra, but not a must.
