As of today, Bybit is one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the space. **Responsibilities** * **Core Development:** Participate in the design and development of backend systems, utilizing Go to build high-performance and high-concurrency microservices. * **System Optimization:** Gain a deep understanding of business requirements, analyze system bottlenecks, and drive product performance tuning and architectural upgrades. * **Platform Engineering:** Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the development and maintenance of common components, middleware, and frameworks. * **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Frontend, QA, and Product teams to ensure high-quality implementation of technical solutions; draft standardized design, technical, and API documentation. * **Operations \& Monitoring:** Monitor live system performance, identify root causes of issues, and provide rapid resolutions for production environment incidents. **Qualifications** * **Education:** 2026 or 2027 graduates. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, or related fields. * **Technical Foundations:** * Proficiency in **Computer Networking** (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) and **Operating Systems** principles (Process/Thread, Memory Management, I/O mechanisms). * Mastery of Data Structures and Algorithms with a commitment to clean, high-quality code. * **Technical Proficiency:** * Familiarity with **Golang** and its concurrency models (Goroutines, Channels, Context, etc.). * Proficiency in **SQL** and familiarity with common databases and storage middleware (e.g., MySQL, Redis). * **Soft Skills:** * Excellent logical thinking and a strong sense of **Ownership** ; passionate about technology and exploring unknown fields. * Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese) to collaborate effectively in a global team environment. * **Internship Requirements:** Available for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
