**JOB SUMMARY:** You will directly participate in projects deploying loyalty systems for our partners and support the implementation of white-label loyalty projects (FB, Retail, Lifestyle, etc.). This role involves collaborating with Product, Tech, and Account teams to ensure project timelines and assisting in system configuration. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** You will directly participate in projects deploying loyalty systems for our partners Support the implementation of white-label loyalty projects (FB, Retail, Lifestyle, etc.) Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Account teams to ensure project timelines Assist in system configuration (campaigns, point accrual, rewards, etc.) Participate in UAT to ensure product quality before go-live Prepare documentation and support client training Monitor program performance and propose improvements **POSITION (SELECT ONE):** **Frontend / Mobile:** ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript **Backend:** Node.js / Java, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Microservices **DevOps:** AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD **Note:** Candidates are not expected to be proficient in all technologies.
