AI Enabler (Asset Management)

**Key Responsibilities** * Drive the firm's AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives across investment and operational functions. * Identify, evaluate, and implement AI, automation, and emerging technology solutions to enhance productivity, decision-making, and scalability. * Work with investment, operations, finance, and other business teams to uncover opportunities for process improvement and innovation. * Develop and deploy AI-enabled tools, automation workflows, and data-driven solutions to improve research, reporting, portfolio monitoring, and operational efficiency. * Stay abreast of developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies, assessing their relevance and application to the firm's business. * Support the investment team with market research, data analysis, portfolio analytics, and investment-related projects as required. * Assist in portfolio monitoring, performance reporting, and the preparation of investment materials and management reports. * Foster a culture of innovation by promoting the adoption of new technologies and best practices across the organization. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners and service providers, on digital initiatives and implementation projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. * Strong interest in investments, financial markets, and portfolio management. * Solid understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools is an advantage. * Passionate about challenging boundaries and exploring the rapidly evolving world of AI and new technologies. * Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn. * Internship-to-full-time conversion opportunities for outstanding candidates.
