**Backend Developer (Node.js) – Trainee / Entry LevelRole Overview** We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer to join our team. You will work collaboratively to build and maintain scalable applications and services, following Agile development practices. The role involves actively contributing to code quality, system performance, and continuous improvement of development processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend services using **Node.js** * Build and integrate RESTful APIs * Work with databases to design, optimize, and manage data * Collaborate with frontend developers and designers for seamless integration * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality * Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance **Required Skills \& Experience** * Strong proficiency in **JavaScript** * Hands-on experience with **Node.js** and related frameworks (e.g., Express) * Good understanding of **MySQL** or other relational databases * Solid understanding of **algorithms, data structures, and backend fundamentals** * Basic knowledge of APIs, authentication, and server-side architecture **What We’re Looking For** * Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment * Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code **Stipend** * Stipend will be decided based on performance in the interview **Note** * This is a **full-time position** * Includes a **3-month training period** followed by a **12-month work commitment** Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹1\.00 - ₹10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: * Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
