Video Editor & Graphic Designer Intern

Location: Onsite (1 months remote then from onsite- Bengaluru) Duration: 3 Months Commitment: 8 Hours / Day Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month The "Smart-Lazy" Philosophy We are specifically looking for someone who is lazy and smart. Your Mission You will collaborate with our creative team to produce high-impact content while getting hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and modern web-build workflows. Key Responsibilities ● Video \& Motion: Edit social media content, promos, and workshop highlights using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. ● Visual Design: Design punchy, professional graphics and thumbnails using Photoshop. ● Webflow \& Figma (The Tech Edge): You will assist in bridging the gap between design and the web. You’ll use Figma to access assets and work within Webflow to help manage our site content and build landing pages. Requirements ● Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. ● The "Web-Ready" Mindset: You must have a basic idea of how Figma works and a strong willingness to learn Webflow. (We will guide you, but you need the curiosity to dive in). ● Attention to Detail: You catch the typos and the frame-glitches before we do. ● Tech Power: A PC or laptop capable of handling video rendering and post-production smoothly. ● Availability: Ability to dedicate 8 focused hours a day.
