We are looking for high-leverage builders who want to act as one-person powerhouses. **The Role** We are seeking a **Full-Stack AI Engineer** to join our team. In this role, you are not just writing code; you are leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate your output across the entire software development lifecycle. You will wear multiple hats—operating across the database, backend, and frontend, while also applying strong product sense to make autonomous decisions. **What You Will Do** * **End-to-End Delivery:** Own the technical design, development, and deployment of entirely new product features from the database layer to the user interface. * **AI-Driven Development:** Deeply integrate AI coding assistants into your daily workflow to automate boilerplate, write tests, and debug faster. You will act as the "conductor" of your AI tools. * **Cross-Functional Agility:** Fluidly transition between frontend frameworks, backend microservices, and database optimizations as the product requires. * **Product Engineering:** Blur the lines between Product Manager and Engineer. Understand the "why" behind what you are building and make autonomous UX/business logic decisions without needing a heavy PRD for every minor feature. * **Architectural Input:** Work directly with our Full Stack and Database experts to ensure the code you (and your AI tools) generate aligns with our scalable, V2 architecture. **What We Are Looking For** * **The Generalist Mindset:** You are not precious about your tech stack. You are comfortable diving into SQL, writing an API endpoint, and tweaking a React component all in the same afternoon. * **AI Fluency:** Proven experience using advanced AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to significantly accelerate your coding throughput. You understand the strengths and limitations of current LLMs. * **Solid Fundamentals:** While AI writes the code, you must be able to read, review, and architect it. Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, and security are non-negotiable. * **Pragmatism over Perfection:** You understand the balance between writing beautiful code and shipping value to the user.
