Role Description
**AI Quality Assurance Engineer**

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in testing AI-powered functions and conversational / virtual companions. The ideal candidate will ensure high conversational accuracy, seamless integrations, excellent user experience, and overall reliability of our AI-Powered functions and virtual companion.
**Role Description \& Responsibilities**
* Work closely with developers, and define teams for:
* Testing of Virtual Companion / AI-Powered Functions
* Design and execute test cases for Virtual companion in CATIA
+ Validate intent recognition, entity extraction, and contextual relevance.
+ Validate the agent’s ability to execute the tools as desired.
* Design and execute test cases for AI powered capabilities in Engineering Design applications
+ Perform outcome based functional, regression, integration, and system testing
* Testing of probabilistic outcomes than deterministic
+ Preparation of evaluation datasets (incl. synthetic data where appropriate)
+ Perform regression testing after model updates, Validate API endpoints serving ML predictions, Test system behavior under different input scenarios.
* Functional \& Integration Testing of Engineering Design Applications
+ Ensure the quality of the new developments in CATIA - from requirements to quality certification
+ Work closely with developers who are implementing the new features thru agile/waterfall based SDLC - in test design \& execution phases
+ Design and develop test automation suites for CATIA apps
+ Should manage tests on major releases with new features, and earlier releases.
* Exposure to automation of the features that generate probabilistic outcome
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 2–5\+ years of QA experience, including hands-on testing of virtual assistants or conversational AI systems.
* Preferred skills:
+ Experience of test automation
+ Understanding of AI model evaluation metric
* Strong understanding of NLP concepts (intents, utterances, entities, context handling).
* Experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, etc.).
* Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST).
* Must have – critical thinking, strong attention to details \& high learnability
* Knowledge of any CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo etc. preferred
