IT Support Intern (Software & Programming)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Support Intern to assist in supporting business systems and daily IT operations. This role will provide hands-on experience in ERP systems, Microsoft 365, IT support, and basic web development. No advanced experience is required—candidates with **basic IT knowledge and a willingness to learn** are encouraged to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * **IT \& Software Support** * Assist in supporting and troubleshooting systems such as Monitor G5 ERP, AutoCount, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. * **End-User Support \& Training** Help guide users on system usage, prepare simple documentation, and assist in basic training sessions. * **Ticketing \& Helpdesk Support** Respond to IT support requests and assist in resolving day-to-day technical issues.Support the team in maintaining records of IT equipment and software licenses.Assist in simple development tasks (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and system improvements when required.Help test applications, document issues, and suggest improvements.Assist with tasks that improve staff productivity and support ongoing IT projects. **Requirements** * **IT Asset \& License Tracking** * **Web \& Software Support (Basic)** * **Testing \& Documentation** * **General IT Support** * Minimum internship duration: **4 months** * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field * **Basic understanding** of: * Windows OS * Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Willingness to learn ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and business software * Good communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** * Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Able to work independently and as part of a team **Added advantage (not required):** * Exposure to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or ERP systems * Basic knowledge of programming (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) * Interest in AI, cloud computing, or data tools (e.g., Power BI) **Benefits** * Flexible working environment * Hands-on experience with real-world IT systems and ERP software * Opportunity to learn system troubleshooting, user support, and development basics * Free parking **Working Details** * Monday to Friday * Expected Start Date: May / June 2026 onwards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Pay: RM600\.00 - RM900\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Free parking Ability to commute/relocate: * Batu Kawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): * How long is your internship period?
