A Project Management intern with Automation Testing expertise drives quality by leading, planning, and executing automated testing strategies. They manage automation teams, define project scope, select tools, create frameworks, and track progress using Agile methods to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely software delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategy \& Planning:** Develops test automation strategies, sets project goals, and defines the scope. * **Resource \& Budget Management:** Allocates resources, manages project budgets, and ensures timely delivery. * **Framework Development \& Maintenance:** Oversees the creation of scalable and reusable automation frameworks, including UI, API, and SQL testing. * **Process Improvement \& Optimization:** Implements automation best practices, including CI/CD integration, to improve coverage, speed, and reliability. * **Risk \& Defect Management:** Identifies project risks and manages defect reporting and remediation. * **Stakeholder \& Team Leadership:** Collaborates with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders while mentoring team members in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, C#). **Qualifications \& Skills** * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), and API automation (RestAssured). * **Methodologies:** Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and project management software like JIRA. * **Soft Skills:** Strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities to solve technical and logistical problems Pay: ₹5,000\.00 - ₹7,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid sick time Work Location: In person
