Role Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor/Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. **Duties**
* Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards
* Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain seamless workflow
* Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to track progress and milestones
* Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with design specifications
* Utilize construction estimating skills to prepare accurate cost projections and resource allocations
* Manage project documentation using software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid for effective communication and record-keeping
* Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance on construction sites
* Read and interpret civil engineering drawings including Civil 3D files to facilitate accurate execution of plans
* Oversee project scheduling, resource planning, and time management to meet deadlines efficiently
* Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project coordination
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in construction management or as a supervisor on large-scale projects with a focus on civil or heavy construction
* Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other industry tools
* Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding technical drawings including Civil 3D files
* Familiarity with contracts management and construction estimating processes
* Excellent project scheduling abilities with experience using Primavera P6 or similar platforms
* Demonstrated ability in project coordination, time management, and multitasking in fast-paced environments
* Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance standards
* Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members
* Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields are preferred
