Role Description
**Job Responsibilities**
* Handle and respond to basic IT support tickets from clients (software issues, website access, email setup, etc.).
* Assist in setting up laptops/PCs for new employees (installation, configuration, account setup).
* Provide first-level troubleshooting for operating systems, software, browsers, and simple network issues.
* Support website-related tasks, especially basic updates and troubleshooting on WordPress websites.
* Assist with basic QA testing for websites (checking forms, pages, links, mobile responsiveness).
* Maintain documentation for support tickets, issue resolutions, and IT procedures.
Help maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure devices follow company setup standards.
**Requirements**
* Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
* Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
* Familiar with Windows/macOS setup and configuration.
* Basic knowledge of WordPress is required; any exposure to web updates or plugins is a bonus.
* Able to communicate clearly and assist both internal staff and clients.
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pay: RM600\.00 - RM1,000\.00 per month
