Software Tester Intern

**Job Summary** We are seeking a proactive Software Tester Intern with a strong interest in both manual and automation testing, along with exposure to AI-powered testing tools. The intern will assist in ensuring software quality through structured testing processes and modern automation techniques. **Key Responsibilities** · Perform **manual testing** of web and mobile applications · Design, write, and execute **test cases and test scenarios** · Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar · Assist in **automation testing** using tools such as Selenium or Playwright · Explore and use **AI-based testing tools** for test generation, test optimization, and bug prediction · Conduct regression, functional, and UI/UX testing · Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues · Maintain test documentation and reports **Required Skills \& Qualifications** · Basic knowledge of **Manual Testing concepts** (STLC, SDLC) · Understanding of **test case creation and bug lifecycle** · Familiarity with **automation tools** (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress – basic level) · Exposure to **AI-powered tools in testing** (such as test case generators, AI-based automation tools, or ChatGPT-assisted testing workflows) · Basic knowledge of any programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript) · Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail · Good communication skills **Preferred Skills (Good to Have)** · Knowledge of **API testing tools** (Postman, Rest Assured) · Understanding of **CI/CD pipelines** · Awareness of **AI testing tools** like Testim, Functionize, or similar platforms Basic understanding of version control (Git) **Immediate Joiner***** Pay: ₹5,000\.00 - ₹10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid sick time * Paid time off Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
