Creative Production Intern (AI + Design)

**About the Role** We’re looking for a **Creative Production Intern** who is fluent in both **AI tools and core design software**. This role is execution-heavy. You’ll support production across a range of **creative and client projects**, helping create polished visuals, motion, and assets quickly. You should be comfortable moving between **AI generation → refinement → final design in Figma/Adobe**. **What You’ll Do** * Generate visuals using AI tools (image, video, motion) * Refine and finalize assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite * Produce social content, campaign assets, and visual outputs * Support rapid concept iterations and creative testing * Assist in preparing client-ready deliverables * Organize and manage production files **Required Skills (Must Have)** * Fluent in AI creative tools: * Google Flow * Veo (video generation) * Other image/video generation tools * **Proficient in Figma** * **Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator required) * Strong visual taste and attention to detail * Ability to execute quickly and follow direction **Nice to Have** * After Effects / motion experience * Experience creating content for social * Interest in visual storytelling * Runway **Who You Are** * Strong visual taste (this matters more than years of experience) * Studying or recently graduated in **Design, Visual Arts, or similar** * Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable working independently * Care about craft, not just output * Able to take direction and iterate quickly * Comfortable with **Figma \+ Adobe Creative Suite** * Interested in **music, culture, and storytelling** * Curious about **AI \+ the future of design** * Detail-oriented but also able to think conceptually * Self-motivated and open to feedback **What You’ll Gain** * Hands-on experience in real AI-driven production workflows * Exposure to brand, creative direction, and client work * Portfolio-level work across design and creative projects * Direct mentorship and collaboration **Compensation** Depending on experience and tool proficiency **How to Apply** Please include: * Portfolio (required) * Examples of AI \+ design work (required) * Short note on your workflow (tools \+ process) Pay: $18\.00 - $25\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
