If you're passionate about NLP, speech models, and hands-on experimentation, this is your space to grow fast. **Job Title: AI Intern (NLP)** **Location:** Pune **Role Overview**: As an AI Intern (NLP), you will work with our core AI team on cutting-edge language models, text intelligence systems, and conversational AI. You’ll contribute to RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, embeddings, and real-world NLP problem-solving. **Responsibilities** * Work on NLP model development: text classification, embeddings, entity extraction, transformers * Assist in building and optimizing LLM and RAG pipelines * Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for domain-specific tasks * Research and experiment with latest NLP techniques and papers * Support development of conversational AI agents and text analytics solutions * Build datasets, evaluate models, improve accuracy and performance * Document experiments, architecture and outcomes **Requirements** * Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals: tokenization, embeddings, transformers * Hands-on experience with Python and libraries like PyTorch/TensorFlow, HuggingFace * Good understanding of LLMs, vector DBs, RAG concepts * Knowledge of LangChain / LlamaIndex is a plus * Familiarity with data preprocessing, text cleaning and model evaluation metrics * Strong problem-solving and research mindset * Good communication skills and team-first attitude **Nice to Have** * Experience with prompt engineering * Good to have experience in using NVIDIA GPU * Exposure to cloud platforms (Devops/ AWS/GCP) * Prior projects in Chat-bots, text analytics or LLM fine-tuning **What You Get** * Hands-on exposure to enterprise AI \& GenAI solutions * Real-world research \+ product experience * Mentorship from experienced AI engineers * Opportunity to convert to full-time role based on performance **How to Apply:** Share your resume \+ GitHub/portfolio \+ 3-4 NLP project links at: teams.aiindia@gmail.com Subject: *Application for AI Intern (NLP)* Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹8,086\.00 - ₹14,629\.87 per month Work Location: In person
