Infrastructure Support Internship

**We are looking** for a motivated **Infrastructure Support Intern** to assist in maintaining **computer systems**, **troubleshooting technical issues**, and **providing day-to-day technical support** to employees. **This would 3-months paid internship with a fixed stipend range. After successful completion it will convert in full-time employment.** **Visit Us: www.unistanz.com** **Work Location:** Borivali -Near Magathane Metro Station **Exp : 0 to 6 months (Freshers are welcome)** ***Interested candidate can apply to jobs@unistanz.com.*** **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide basic **technical support for software, and network-related issues** * Assist in **installing, configuring, and updating systems** and applications * **Troubleshoot** system, printer, and connectivity issues * Support user account setup and access management * **Maintain IT documentation** and track issues/resolutions * Assist in system maintenance and regular checks * **Managing asset management** and **installation of antivirus software** **Required Skills:** * Basic **knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting** * Familiarity wit**h Windows and MS Office** * Understanding of **hardware and software components** and peripherals * Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Basic **knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, windows cybersecurity)** is a plus * **Good commuincation.** * **Graduates/Masters** from **B.Sc. IT, BCA, B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science).** Pay: ₹8,000\.00 - ₹10,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * 1\. Do you have basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office? * 2\.
