Video Editor Intern

**Job Summary** We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and post-production, with proficiency in various editing software. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling video content that engages our audience and meets project goals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. **Duties** * Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with project objectives. * Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and creative vision. * Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid for video editing tasks. * Perform post-production tasks including color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration using tools like Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D. * Conduct photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One to enhance visual elements. * Manage content creation processes from filming to final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Organize and maintain video files using content management systems and FTP protocols. * Stay updated on industry trends in video production, graphic design, typography, and motion graphics. **Skills** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Final Cut Pro. * Experience with post-production techniques such as color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics creation. * Strong understanding of videography principles including filming techniques and equipment handling. * Familiarity with 2D/3D animation tools such as Maya for creating engaging visual content. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments. * A creative mindset with an eye for detail in both video editing and graphic design.
