Quality Assurance Analyst Intern

**Job Purpose:** This dynamic internship offers practical experience across key areas of the Information Technology lifecycle, Quality Assurance (QA), and Business Analysis (BA). The intern will be embedded within our Agile Scrum environment, contributing directly to live project delivery and developing foundational skills necessary for a successful career in IT. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * ***Requirements Gathering:*** Assist business analysis in eliciting and documenting current-state and future-state business processes from various stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and workshops. Participate in requirements gathering sessions, aiding in the analysis and validation of business needs. * ***Documentation:*** Help create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Translate validated requirements into preliminary functional requirement specifications for development teams.
