**Job Summary** Lemcon Company is seeking highly motivated and adaptable interns from **Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Computer Engineering** programs. Interns will be immersed in real-world projects, supporting the company’s operations in technical services, project execution, and digital systems. This internship aims to develop practical skills while contributing to the company’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and teamwork. **Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Responsibilities (All Interns)** * Assist in daily operations and project-related tasks across departments * Prepare documentation, reports, and technical presentations * Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project goals * Observe and follow company standards, safety protocols, and work ethics * Participate in meetings, briefings, and training sessions **Electrical Engineering Intern** * Assist in electrical system installation, inspection, and maintenance * Support troubleshooting of electrical equipment and site concerns * Interpret electrical plans, layouts, and diagrams * Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards on-site **IT / Computer Engineering Intern** * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems * Assist in system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting * Support basic programming, system development, or database tasks * Help maintain data security and proper system documentation **Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in **Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering** * Required internship as part of academic curriculum (OJT/Practicum) * Basic knowledge of engineering principles or IT systems * Strong willingness to learn and contribute to company goals * Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills * Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented **Preferred Skills** * Knowledge of electrical tools, AutoCAD, or similar software (for Electrical interns) * Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, C\+\+, etc.) * Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting **Internship Benefits** * Hands-on experience in real company projects * Mentorship from experienced professionals * Exposure to workplace culture rooted in **teamwork (bayanihan)** and professionalism * Opportunity to develop both technical and interpersonal skills **Work Location** * Project sites and/or office of Lemcon Company (depending on assignment) **Duration** * Based on school-required internship hours (e.g., 200–600 hours) Pay: Up to Php300\.00 per day Benefits: * Paid training Work Location: In person
