This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and make a tangible impact on our product offerings. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of software components and applications pertaining to HirelyAI's recruitment platform. - Support the team in the integration of machine learning algorithms and data analytics features. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to define, design, and ship new features. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation by following best practices and contributing to code reviews. - Participate in the troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading of existing software. - Contribute to software documentation and technical specifications for internal and external use. - Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your technical skills and understanding of the recruitment technology sector. Required and Preferred Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Basic understanding of software development principles and programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data analytics is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Prior experience with software development projects, either through coursework or internships, is preferred.
