INTERN SYSTEM ANALYST / BUSINESS ANALYST

**Business / System Analyst Intern** **About the Role** We are looking for an intern who is interested in learning how software projects are planned, documented, and delivered. This role is suitable for someone who has good critical thinking, is willing to learn, and can understand problems before suggesting solutions. You will support the team in understanding client requirements, preparing simple documentation, checking system flow, and helping the project team make sure the system is built according to the agreed requirements. **Key Responsibilities** Assist in understanding and organizing system requirements. Prepare simple documentation such as meeting notes, user flow, module list, and requirement summary. Support the team in checking whether the system flow makes sense from the user’s point of view. Work with designers and developers to clarify requirements when needed. Assist in testing the system and recording bugs, feedback, or missing requirements. Help update task progress and follow up on simple project matters. Use critical thinking to identify unclear requirements, process gaps, or potential issues before development. **Requirements** Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field. Able to think logically and ask good questions. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English. Organized, responsible, and willing to learn. Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile apps, or system flow is an advantage. Able to work in Wangsa Maju. **Bonus Skills** Basic knowledge of Figma, flowcharts, Excel, Google Docs, ClickUp, Trello, or Jira.
