This is a **part-time internship for several hours per week** and is designed for students seeking meaningful, hands-on experience while balancing academic commitments. This is not a traditional internship. You'll gain hands-on experience applying AI tools and agents to real estate underwriting, deal analysis, investment workflows, and product development.
