保时捷咨询是保时捷中国的全资子公司\&管理咨询业务部门，为汽车、高科技、消费、医药与金融等行业提供管理咨询服务。 【工作内容】 - 支持顾问团队完成项目交付 - 独立进行案例分析和基础市场研究 【基本要求】 - 优秀在校生（本科/硕士），专业不限，中英文流利；理工科或有机器学习经验优先 - 做事认真负责，好奇心强，能够快速学习和理解新课题 【待遇与机会】 - 上海办公室地点位于九江路，10AM到公司即可，薪酬180-250元/天；一周至少到岗3天 - 本实习项目分为两个阶段，每阶段1-3个月：第一阶段in office支持行业研究，第二阶段on site支持咨询项目，能够进入第二阶段且表现优秀者有留用机会； Your Responsibilities：
* You will work in teams and directly with our clients. In the 1st half of your internship program, you will receive training on basic consultant skills and then start as an in-office supporting role in Knowledge Service for 1-3 months to support Consultants on different client projects.
* In the 2nd half of your internship program for the next 1-3 months, you will either transit into an on-site supporting role and closely work with a team of consultants at our client sites or continue in-office support, depending on your performance. Projects can vary in length, team size, and location, depending on the client’s situation. Travel may be required.
* You will own and identify information sources, gather and interpret facts and figures, and execute analysis to translate your findings into meaningful client recommendations.
* You will present your findings to team members and client stakeholders. Our Requirements：
* Currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Master program, experience in academic projects preferred, background in a STEM field is a plus
* Honest, intellectually curious, high energy and mature
* Excellent communication skills\; fluency in English (writing and speaking)
* Familiar with MS office (Word, PowerPoint)\; Knowledge in machine learning/ data analytics, etc. is a strong plus
* At least 3 days/week\; expected on-board date is ASAP What We Offer：
* Salary: 180-200 RMB/day for Undergraduate students, 200-250 RMB/day for Master students.
