Role Description

We have three openings for Research Interns (8-12 month term) with a June 2026 start date. These positions are available in Calgary, AB.
**How we plan on keeping you busy:**
* Act as a key contributor to a team responsible for developing, improving, and qualifying analytical methods.
* Execute routine testing with established methods.
* Accurately collect and enter data into databases.
* Support the preparation of lab reports and other documentation.
* Support maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with GMP and internal quality standards.
* Assist in training coordination, maintaining training records, and tracking completion in the learning management system.
* Prepare draft statistical reports and summaries from data collected Grow your technical skill set and engage in professional development
**What will help you get here:**
* Must be enrolled as a post-secondary student during the work term.
* Eligible for BioTalent Canada SWPP funding.
* Familiar with standard analytical lab practices and techniques.
* Strong background and interest in molecular biology, biochemistry, and chemistry.
* Strong computer skills: Knowledge of data analysis techniques and software is a strong asset.
* Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
