Computer Service Engineer

* **Setup and Installation:** Assist customers with basic **hardware setup**, peripheral installation, software configuration, and operating system activation. * **Diagnostics and Repair:** Perform **initial diagnostics** for malfunctioning desktops, laptops, and gadgets; facilitate the repair process or coordinate with certified technicians/service centers. * **Troubleshooting:** Provide **Level 1 and Level 2 technical support** (in-person, phone, or chat) for common hardware issues, software bugs, connectivity problems, and minor operating system failures.
