IT Intern

**Position Summary:** The IT Intern will support the Information Technology team in day-to-day technical operations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This role provides hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, and basic systems administration within a professional environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues * Provide basic IT support to employees * Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals * Assist in setting up user accounts, email, and system access * Help in maintaining IT inventory and documentation * Support system updates, backups, and routine checks * Participate in IT projects and process improvement initiatives * Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT team **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS * Strong willingness to learn and adapt * Good communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team Work Location: In person
