Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities * Assist in the design, development, and testing of embedded software solutions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback * Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues in embedded software * Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends * Document software designs, processes, and procedures * Support the integration of software with hardware components **Qualifications** YOU MUST HAVE * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics * Experience in embedded software development * Proficiency in programming languages such as C or C\+\+ WE VALUE * Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field * Experience with hardware and software integration * Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
