**About Kixar** Kixar Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing sports-tech startup focused on simplifying sports venue and turf booking across India. The platform enables users to discover nearby sports venues, check live slot availability, and make instant bookings seamlessly. **Role Overview** We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Intern to join our product and design team. You will work closely with developers and founders to design intuitive, modern, and engaging user experiences for Kixar’s mobile and web platforms. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about product design, user psychology, clean interfaces, and startup culture. **Responsibilities** * Design modern and user-friendly mobile and web interfaces. * Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Conduct UX research and improve user journeys based on feedback. * Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, and branding. * Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. * Design banners, onboarding screens, dashboards, and promotional creatives. * Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and product design practices. **Requirements** * Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile-first design. * Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. * Good sense of typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy. * Ability to create responsive and clean designs. * Creative mindset with attention to detail. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Portfolio showcasing UI/UX or graphic design work is a plus. **Preferred Skills** * Experience designing apps or SaaS platforms. * Knowledge of design systems and component libraries. * Basic understanding of frontend technologies is a bonus. * Familiarity with startup environments and fast-paced workflows. **What You’ll Gain** * Real-world product design experience. * Opportunity to work directly with startup founders and developers. * Exposure to live production-level applications. * Collaborative and growth-focused work environment. * Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion. * Potential full-time opportunity based on performance. **Internship Details** * **Mode:** Hybrid * **Duration:** 6 Months * **Working Days:** Flexible / Startup-oriented workflow * **Joining:** Immediate preferred Pay: ₹30,000\.00 - ₹35,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kormangala, Karnataka
