**Job Description** Job Details * Job Title: AI Strategy \& Applications Intern * Location: Charlotte, NC * Remote * Education Requirements: Currently enrolled in a graduate program with a completed undergraduate degree * Preferred Fields of Study: Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, AI/Machine Learning, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Decision Science * Key Skills \& Qualifications: + Demonstrated interest or experience in applying AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) + Familiarity with APIs, data flow, and SaaS tools + Experience evaluating software or improving workflows/processes + Experience in consulting, professional services, or startup environments + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Essential Duties: + Identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement + Research and evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors + Conduct initial demos and testing of AI solutions + Translate business needs into AI use cases and recommend solutions + Map workflows and propose lightweight implementation approaches + Support early-stage implementation and adoption of tools + Contribute to build vs. buy decision-making + Monitor emerging AI trends * Work Environment: Must be able to work independently with a secure internet connection and maintain regular punctual attendance.
