Tech Operations Intern

**Location:** Work from Office **Duration:** 3–6 months **Stipend:** ₹5,000 \+ conveyance upto Rs.1,500 per month **Axentra is looking for a Tech Operations Intern** to help manage code quality, structure, and execution across globally distributed tech teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands code, values structure, and enjoys coordinating people and processes. **Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate **remote tech interns working globally** * **Conduct regular check-ins and track progress** * **Review and test code** for quality, structure, and production readiness * Ensure coding standards, workflows, and architecture are followed * Validate that deliverables are stable and deployment-ready * Review and maintain technical documentation * Report progress, risks, and quality status internally **Requirements** * Hands-on working knowledge of **Python and React** * Understanding of **Databases, Django, and FastAPI** * Ability to **read, review, and test** backend and frontend code * Familiarity with **Git/GitHub** workflows * Strong communication and coordination skills * Comfortable working from office while collaborating with global remote teams **Good to have** * Experience with APIs and SaaS systems * Exposure to production environments * Prior experience mentoring or reviewing junior developers’ work **Benefits** * Work on real **production-grade SaaS systems** * Learn how **global tech** teams operate * Gain early **leadership and operations** exposure * Build strong fundamentals in code quality and system discipline Pay: ₹5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * We must fill this position urgently.
