We support and fund sustainable programs, including free training, public awareness campaigns, and capacity-building initiatives to benefit food handlers, businesses, and communities across the country. **About the Role** We are looking for an **IT Intern** to join our team! This role focuses on providing technical support, assisting with system maintenance, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical assistance and support to employees and co-interns on hardware, software, and network issues. * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications. * Help monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networks and security systems. * Perform routine troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed. * Support data backup and recovery processes. * Assist in updating and maintaining IT documentation, inventories, and user guides. * Help ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. * Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Manager. **What We’re Looking For** * Currently a 3rd-year or 4th-year student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * Enrolled in an internship or practicum course as part of academic requirements * Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts * Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office applications * Knowledge of IT security practices and troubleshooting techniques is a plus * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Good analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Willingness to learn and take initiative * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Be part of a team that upholds the highest standards in technology and innovation!
