Business Analyst Intern

Proven experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and Use Case documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement elicitation skills. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Lucidchart / Draw.io. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and API documentation concepts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Key Responsibilities Interact with stakeholders, clients, and end-users to gather business requirements. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) capturing business objectives, scope, and use cases. Translate business needs into technical terms and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and User Stories for the development team. Work closely with the project manager, developers, and QA team to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements. Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities. Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups for proposed solutions. Maintain documentation for scope, change requests, and traceability matrices. Support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs.
