**Internship - Java Developer**

**Your primary responsibilities include:**
* Developing and maintaining microservices using Java and Spring Boot to meet business and technical requirements
* Implementing and testing code. Utilize GitLab CI/CD for version control and continuous integration/deployment processes
* Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable Java code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
* Working within a cross disciplined team, collaborating daily with the Product Owner, Business Users, Functional Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Developers
* Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback for fixes and improvements
* Participating actively in all project overviews and team meetings
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* Good understanding of object-oriented programming
* Understading with Spring Boot and related modules: Spring Data, Spring Security, and Hibernate
* Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
* Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Attention to details and good communication skills in order to capture requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that drive business improvements
* Degree (or in progress) in Computer Science/ Economic studies
* Strong English communication skills
