**Job Title:** Summer Intern, Technology \& AI Projects **Company:** Spark Management **Location:** Remote (USA) **Duration:** Summer 2026 (Approx. May to August) **Schedule:** Part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week) **Pay:** $18 per hour **Position Overview:** Spark Management is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Summer Intern to support ongoing technology and AI-driven initiatives across our multifamily operations platform. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a background in Computer Science or a related field who is interested in applying technical skills to real-world business challenges. You will gain hands-on experience working on projects that directly impact operations, efficiency, and innovation within a growing property management company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of AI tools and automation workflows * Support data collection, organization, and analysis to improve operational performance * Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process optimization through technology * Help research and evaluate emerging technologies, software, and AI solutions * Participate in building and refining internal tools, dashboards, or systems * Document processes, workflows, and technical updates for internal use * Provide general technical support for ongoing projects as needed **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field * Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar * Familiarity with AI concepts, automation tools, or data analysis is a strong plus * Experience with, or willingness to learn, AI platforms such as Claude Pro and similar tools * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):** * Experience with APIs, data visualization tools, or workflow automation platforms * Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, machine learning basics, or prompt engineering * Familiarity with property management systems or business operations is a plus **What You Will Gain:** * Real-world experience working on innovative tech and AI initiatives * Exposure to how technology is transforming the property management industry * Opportunity to contribute to meaningful, scalable projects * Mentorship and networking within a growing organization Pay: $18\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
