Job Description We are looking for a visually strong design intern to help shape the employee-facing side of an early-stage software product focused on gamification, workplace performance, and digital experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to something being built from the ground up, where design will play a major role in how the product feels, functions, and stands out. The role will involve designing UI screens, creating 2D game-style assets, supporting the visual direction of the app, and helping craft an experience that feels polished, engaging, and genuinely fun to use.
