Join us to help shape the future of crypto **[About This Role]** Join our core AI project team to take on end-to-end challenges ranging from module development to full-scale business implementation under the guidance of expert mentors. You will leverage mainstream programming languages alongside Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities to solve real-world engineering bottlenecks, steadily growing into a hardcore engineer with a cutting-edge AI perspective. We champion innovative ideas and provide a real-world stage for you to translate raw AI technology into actual driving productivity. **[What You Will Do]** * **AI-Driven Engineering:** Utilize **Python, Go** , or other backend languages integrated with core AI capabilities to execute complex business requirements. * **Module Development:** Participate in the full-lifecycle development and iteration of corporate AI initiatives, delivering high-quality, modular code. * **Continuous Optimization:** Continuously refactor and optimize AI application features based on direct business feedback, actively contributing to technical strategy discussions. * **Production Pipelines:** Assist in bridging the AI engineering pipeline, steadily accumulating hands-on experience in taking LLMs from concept to production. * **Frontier Application:** Explore the practical integration of cutting-edge algorithms into existing business scenarios to continually elevate overall system intelligence. **[Who We Are Looking For]** * **Academic Foundation:** Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields, underpinned by solid programming fundamentals. * **Language Proficiency:** Highly proficient in at least one core language ( **Python, Java, or Go** ), with a clear understanding of common data-processing libraries. * **Mindset \& Execution:** Exceptionally clear logical thinking and smooth communication skills; highly self-driven with the agility to adapt to rapid sprint cycles. * **AI Domain Interest:** Strong enthusiasm for and foundational baseline knowledge of LLM applications, Generative AI, or Agentic frameworks. * **Availability:** Able to commit to an internship of **at least 3 months** , working a minimum of **4 days per week** . * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the role involves regular collaboration with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking technical team. - **[Bonus Points]** * Deep-seated passion for the broader AI landscape, coupled with demonstrated rapid-learning capabilities for emerging technologies. * Proven hands-on project experience involving LLM applications or Generative AI (applicable across internships, academic coursework, or personal side projects). * Familiarity with mainstream AI application platforms such as **Dify, Coze, or FastGPT** , alongside a solid conceptual grasp of **Agents, Workflows, and Knowledge Bases (RAG)** . * Practical development experience leveraging orchestration frameworks like **LangChain** or **LlamaIndex** is highly preferred.
