IT SUPPORT INTERNSHIP

**JOB DESCRIPTION** * Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. * Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. * Assist with network administration tasks, such as configuring routers and switches, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. * Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, security audits, and implementing security best practices. * Collaboration with team members on IT projects, including software development, system upgrades, and infrastructures enhancements. * Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and technical configurations. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends through self-duty and training opportunities. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **JOB REQUIREMENT** * Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology / Related field (Experienced / Fresh Grad). * C#, WPF, Python, Nuxt.js, JavaScript, and MSSQL / MYSQL database. * Involve in designing, coding, and modifying applications, from layout to function. * Collect and analyse user requirement. * Good to have: IOT (Internet of Things) Knowledge. * Possess own transport.
