#### **Department:** Investment #### **Job number:** WAC00136 #### **Contract Type:** Temporary ##### **Responsibilities** * **Application Prototyping:** Use advanced generative development environments to transform natural language requirements into functional internal tools, customer portals, and property management dashboards. * **Agentic Workflow Design:** Orchestrate autonomous coding agents to handle software architecture—from database schema design and backend logic to frontend interface styling. * **Strategic Oversight:** Act as the "Human-in-the-Loop," auditing machine-generated code for security, logic. * **Technical Documentation \& Lineage:** Maintain comprehensive records of prompt chains and logic flows used to generate applications. * + Create clear system architecture maps and API documentation for all AI-generated features. + Ensure all automated workflows are documented for future maintenance, focusing on "Why" a feature exists as much as "How" it works. ##### **Requirements** * **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. We prioritize candidates who understand software logic and system architecture over syntax memorization. * **AI-Native Mindset:** * Mastery of prompt engineering and the ability to guide large-scale models through complex multi-step reasoning. * + Experience with natural-language-to-code platforms and browser-based development environments. + Ability to read, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) generated by autonomous tools. * **Critical Thinking:** Strong skills in task decomposition—the ability to break a business problem into technical instructions that a machine can execute. * **Languages:** Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
