ICT Intern (Data & AI Specialization)

**Role Overview** We are seeking a forward-thinking **ICT Intern** with a passion for data science and Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you won't just be "fixing computers"—you will be helping our team harness the power of data to drive smarter business decisions. You will support our IT infrastructure while actively contributing to data pipelining, reporting, and the implementation of AI-driven productivity tools. **Key Responsibilities1\. Data Management \& Analytics** * Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various internal systems. * Help maintain and update data dashboards (Google Data Studio). * Perform basic exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns. **2\. AI Implementation \& Support** * Research and test AI tools (LLMs, automated workflows) to improve internal department efficiency. * Assist in "prompt engineering" and training staff on how to use AI assistants safely and effectively. * Support the integration of AI APIs into existing company workflows. **3\. Core ICT Support** * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. * Assist in the maintenance of local servers, cloud environments, and cybersecurity protocols. * Document technical processes and create "How-To" guides for non-technical staff.
